This document (hereinafter the "Privacy Policy") describes the manner in which COPTIS, a French "société par actions simplifiée", with a capital of 40.000 euros, whose registered office is at, 8, rue Ernest Gouin, 78290 CROISSY-SUR-SEINE, registered with the Trade and Companies Register of Versailles under number 423 056 589 (hereinafter the "Company" or "us"), processes the personal data of its customers and prospects, collected in compliance with French and European regulations, especially the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of the 27th April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (also called the "GDPR"), hereinafter the "Data Protection Regulation" or the "Regulation".
For the purposes herein, the capitalized words or expressions that are not expressly defined by the Privacy Policy shall have the same meaning as given to them in Article 4 of the GDPR.

2. Information concerning the processing of the Data
We act as a Data controller when we determine the purposes and means of the Data processing that we undertake.

Recipients of the Data. The Data is intended for our Company's internal use.
Transfer of Data to a third country. Within the scope of our activities, we are likely to transfer your Data to our subsidiaries located in Singapore and in the United States of America, countries which do not benefit from an adequacy decision of the European Commission. We inform you that the provision of your Data does not necessarily means the conclusion of a contract with our Company. However, some answers in our forms are mandatory and marked with asterisks. Failure to provide these answers may prevent us from providing you with information, commercial offers or demonstrations of our products and services.
